Question

Does anyone know the best way to clean a microsuede couch? Or the best kind of slipcover for said couch?

We've added baby pee to the list of liquids that couch has been assaulted with.....

Hmmmm, I'd call Stanley Steemer or any other professional upholstery cleaner...microfiber is tricky...xoxoxox to all!!!

I remember when we bought our couch - the guy at the furniture store said regular ol' 409 was the trick. Just spray it on, scrub a little, wipe off. I haven't tested out that theory, though.

Maybe call a furniture store & see what they recommend?

I use spray foam carpet cleaner and a dry cloth. But if you are a lil nervous about it do a test spot.Hope you get it done either way.

I tried oxiclean on mine and it just left a bigger (cleaner) water spot after the fact than the breastmilk did (I leaked EVERYWHERE) so after giving up on it - I simply stripped the cushion cover off and tossed it in the washer, put it on delicate and with very little soap and hoped for the best. I figured that it couldn't get any worse. The thing came out sparkly clean and the fabric was fine. So if you're at the point of a cover - I'd give it a go with the washer first (no dryer!) and see if it works.
