eBay is always such a toss up. I never know how much to list something for, or if it will even sell. Take the Stephen King autograph, for example. I listed it at $79.99 and got a hit almost immediately... should I have started it a bit higher? I know it's worth more, but I really want it out of the house... however, there are some people watching it, and I'm reeeeeaaally hoping for a bidding war as it gets closer to auction end time.
And the Jack Georges leather bag - I've got it listed at $49.99, with no hits yet! I would have thought that was going to be the one to get the first hit, with it's red leather goodness and all. Crazy.
Every time I log in to see if there have been any more hits on either item, I think of those leather goldfish boots from "40 Year old Virgin" and I wonder how much those ended up going for. Not much, I assume.
So now I just have to wait until Saturday, when the auctions end, to (hopefully) get these things out of the spare bedroom. It's looking better in there by the day!

I love the red bag and would scoop it up in a minute, but I think my husband would fight me for bringing home another bag!
I love the last few minutes of an ebay auction...particularly if I'm the seller.
Making money on the internet is easy in the hush-hush world of blackhat traffic, Don’t feel silly if you don't know what blackhat is. Blackhat marketing uses not-so-popular or little-understood ways to produce an income online.
I love ebay. I sell stuff sometimes, and I get all jittery for the last few minutes. I bought a car on there once, and it was terrifying. :)
