I'm doing WW at Work and have been torturing my poor husband with Boca Chik'n Patties and lots of Craisin-Bleu Cheese Salads (before you "poor him", you should know that he also dropped some pounds) because they're easy to make, tasty, and I can count the Points.

While I could probably live on Boca chik'n patties and Progresso Tomato Basil soup for the next 10 weeks, my husband may not survive.

Enter my new favorite blog. Gina's WW Recipes has a ton of different recipes, most using things you'd have around the house anyway (nothing weird = bonus), and all looking super good. I'm on a No Shopping Strike right now, seeing as we leave on Wednesday for Christmas in NJ, so as soon as we get back, I'm heading out to the store to pick up stuff for this, this, and this.

I've made the Zucchini sticks -- very good. You might want to keep them in longer than suggested. Mine turned out a little wet.

I love the Boca Chik'n patties! My hubby FREAKS OUT if I don't make meat for dinner. Men. :)
