I figured I'd share my secret weapons with you because... well because I really like them and you might, too.
I'm normally not a huge fan of tomato soup because it's thin and doesn't really have great flavor. The only place I really ever get tomato soup is at Jason's Deli, where it's a little chunkier and has bits of stewed tomatos and basil. Yum. This Progresso soup, however, is the best canned tomato soup that I've tried:

Of course, in the event that I do get hungry between lunch and dinner, this is my go to snack:

And here's my go-to lunch and dinner staple:

I basically live on these. These are cheaper than the Bocca Chik'n Patties at my grocery store, but they taste basically the same. And I honestly can't tell the difference between these and regular chicken patties (and neither can my husband!!!). They're great chopped up over salad or over mac & cheese, or with veggies. For dinner on Saturday, I cooked one and chopped it up into little bits and put the bits into the Progresso Tomato Basil soup. Yum. One chik'n patty is just 3 points (so sometimes I have 2 a day) and I could eat them any time, any place.
And for a really sweet (low points) late night treat, I make SwissMiss hot chocolate (the low fat kind that has only 20 calories or something crazy) and float half a cup of mini marshmallows on top. I wait till the marshmallows get a little melty and gooey and go to town (all for like 2 or 3 points, depending on the amount of marshmallows).
Anyone else on the WW bandwagon? Or have any go-to foods they love when trying to keep an eye on the scale?

Counting WW points is always my "go to" when I feel I need to get off a few pounds. Luckily, I've never had to lose a lot of weight...but, I do fight it a bit more as I get older and as our empty nest and traveling these days means restaurant food which adds pounds so fast. I plan to go back to counting after the holidays and get off the 15 pounds that make my clothes not feel good. We travel over the holidays...so there isn't much point when you are eating out for 2 weeks.
I love the Progresso soups. My secret weapon for sweets...See's candy lollypops. They come in chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch and chocolate latte. They last a while and are a rich chocolate flavor. If you can buy them where you are...try them, if not...order them. 2 points each, but they really help the sweet craving (which is my issue).
Those chi chi things look like a good idea. I will have to try them. Watch out with the soups - they have a lot of sodium which could make you even hungrier! The whole can is over 1,200 mg.
Good for you girl!! Thanks for the healthy pointers!
