Since asking you for your advice on getting my act together organization-wise, I've put together a budget (more on that to come) and have been searching out coupons and deals.... cause my budget is small, yo. Here's a few things I came up with via the internets that might work for you as well:

• Saw this article and thought it might be beneficial for those looking to make some big baby purchases in the near (ie before September 20, 2009) future.
• Found this site, which gets you $50 gift certificates for only $25 - DC area only. Restaurants, day spas, golfing... the deals are up until they run out of certificates, and then a new one pops up.
• For folks not in DC, visit Restaurant.com to score $25 gift certificates for only $10. Put in your zip code, pick a restaurant, buy a gift certificate, and have dinner out for cheap. Better yet, use the promo code TASTE for 80% off your purchase. That would mean (for the mathmatically challenged) that you can get a $25 gift certificate for $2. Just check it out before August 31.
